Elite Exiles Community Privacy Policy
Effective: September 4, 2026Elite Exiles Community is a Discord application used for approved community outreach and posting in Discord servers that have authorized its use.
Information we process
The application may process the minimum technical information needed to operate authorized posting, such as Discord server IDs, approved channel IDs, posting permissions, configured cooldowns, and basic delivery logs such as when a message was posted and whether Discord accepted or rejected it.
Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not use this application to collect private messages, member lists, user presence, or message content from Discord communities. Privileged Discord intents are not required for its intended outreach function.
How information is used
Information is used only to send approved Elite Exiles Community posts to authorized destinations, respect server-specific rules and cooldowns, prevent duplicate or unauthorized posting, and maintain basic operational records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Operational data is only shared as necessary with service providers used to run the application and with Discord as part of normal Discord API operation.
Retention
Configuration and posting-log data is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the application, document authorization, enforce cooldowns, and troubleshoot delivery. Authorization can be withdrawn by a server operator at any time.
Removal and questions
A Discord server operator may request that the application stop posting or that destination configuration be removed. Contact us through the Elite Exiles Discord community.
