Elite Exiles Community Terms of Service
Effective: September 4, 2026These Terms govern use of the Elite Exiles Community Discord application.
Purpose
The application is intended for community outreach, approved recruitment/community information, and related Elite Exiles announcements in Discord servers that have authorized its use.
Authorization
The application may only be used in servers and channels where the relevant server owner, administrator, or authorized moderator has permitted it. Server-specific posting rules, cooldowns, content limits, and removal requests must be respected.
Prohibited use
The application must not be used for unsolicited direct messaging, deceptive promotion, harassment, spam, evasion of server rules, mass mentions, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms, Developer Terms, or a destination server's rules.
Availability
The application is provided as-is and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Delivery is not guaranteed because Discord permissions, channel settings, rate limits, and server policies can change.
Removal
A server operator may remove the application or withdraw posting permission at any time. Once permission is withdrawn, automated posting to that destination should cease.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
